ARTADI WINERIES
In 1985, in Laguardia, a group of winegrowers made up of men and women from the village with their sights set on the vineyard and their wines, created Artad i.
It was in 1992 that the Lacalle and Laorden families took the reins of this project. With a focus on the cultivation and care of the vineyard , they acquired vineyards in 1996 in Navarra (Artazu), in 1999 in Alicante (El Sequé), and in 2015 in Guipúzcoa (Izar-Leku).
At Artadi, they follow the winemaking traditions of their ancestors and promote responsible viticulture through cultivation practices based on ecological and sustainable principles. They work to maintain sustainable agro-ecosystems with ecological practices that respect life and the natural balance of the vineyard and its surroundings.
