Paraje La Pleta is a small plot at 286 meters above sea level, facing southwest, in one of the best plots of our winery. The vine is planted on shallow, clayey loam soils with very little organic matter. This cava brings new organoleptic nuances to the usual expression of Chardonnay cavas.

Winemaking
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay.
Ars Collecta Paraje la Pleta is a cava made by hand by selecting and harvesting the highest quality grapes from the Estate. Night harvest at the beginning of August, taking advantage of the cooler temperatures and avoiding the oxidation of the grape aromas, manually and in small boxes. The grapes were transported in a refrigerated truck where this range of cavas is made: El Celler Jaume. Upon arrival, the grapes are selected, cooled and pressed in a pneumatic press; The must fermented in small tanks at 17°C. After fermentation, those that would make up the final blend were selected. Finca La Pleta is a cava that has aged slowly for more than 90 months at a constant temperature of 14°C between the thick walls of what was the first cellar in Codorníu. Limited production of 325 bottles.

Straw yellow with golden reflections with elegant and delicate bubbles.
Nose:
Intense aroma with abundant presence of water fruits and stone fruits, accompanied by elegant notes of white flowers. When opened in the glass, new aromas emerge from its long aging accompanied by a delicate milky background and pleasant iodized notes.
Mouth:
In the mouth it is intense, voluminous and friendly, with good balance and a velvety texture on the palate. Its bubble is elegant and creamy. In the aftertaste it leaves a memory of white fruit and recovers elegant iodized notes. Long and persistent.
Food pairing
It can be enjoyed in a generous range of pairings, such as seafood, seasoned seafood dishes, rice, stewed meats, stews and smoked meats. It is also recommended to taste it alone to enjoy the wide range of records that this cava offers.
