Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Grenache.
To make the red wine Artazu De Santa Cruz a manual harvest is carried out in 10 kg boxes with selection of clusters and berries. It is vinified in open tanks with cold maceration for 48 hours and fermentation for 10-12 days with twice daily treading and a small pumping over. Malolactic in barrel. Aged for 10 months in 500 liter French oak barrels. Bottled in September 2019.
