Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Tempranillo, Graciano and Maturana.
Barón De Ley Reserva 2018 is made with grapes from Rioja Oriental, mainly Mendavia and Ausejo. After the harvest, a manual selection of the grapes is carried out with an alcoholic fermentation in its stainless steel tanks. It is aged for 20 months in oak barrels and subsequently aged in the bottle. The wine remains in the winery's bottle rack for 24 months before going on the market.
