Bobos Finca Casa La Borracha 2022 75cl.
Bobos Finca Casa La Borracha 2022 is a red wine with D.O. Utiel-Requenais a different Bobal, perhaps the best Bobal in the Valencian Community, subtle and unctuous. That's why it was called Bobos, which is a synonym for Bobal and Finca Casa la Borracha, the old Bobal estate where Bodegas Hispano+Suizas is located today.

Winemaking
Grapes: 100% Bobal.
The Bobos Finca Casa La Borracha 2022 wine is made exclusively from the Bobal variety, selected from old, low-production vines cultivated for more than 80 years on the same land where Bodegas Hispano+Suizas is located. The best grapes are selected and harvested only in the morning to maintain a good temperature in the grapes until they arrive at the winery, where they are placed in a cold room, keeping the grapes at -10ºC. It is destemmed and vatted in new American oak barrels, in which a water-cooled stainless steel plate is inserted into each barrel to be able to cold macerate at 8ºC. The hat is sunk daily, barrel by barrel, manually and once fermentation has started, the cooling water is turned off so that the barrel itself can reach a maximum temperature of 26ºC during fermentation. After 15 days, it is removed from the vat on the pneumatic press to lightly press. The resulting wine is aged for a minimum of 10 months in new French Allier oak barrels and bottled, lightly filtered.
