Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Garnacha, Tempranillo and Syrah. Borsao Selección Garnacha is made from a blend of Garnacha, Syrah and Tempranillo from a selection of the best vineyards between 15 and 30 years old, located on rugged terrain in the foothills of Moncayo. Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 22 and 24ºC.
TASTING
View: Cherry red with violet nuances.
Nose: Intense aromatic freshness that denotes its youth, highlights the aromas of ripe fruit and floral tones.
Mouth: In the mouth we find a full-bodied, fresh and balanced wine, where notes of red fruits, spices and floral notes predominate. Long finish with a touch of freshness and casualness.
Consumption temperature: 16º-17º
