At sight it has a soft amber color. Transparent and shiny,
Nose:
The nose has a first sensation of French oak, with touches of green apple, toasted coffee and faint leather. Next, tones of vanilla, cinnamon, coconut and red fruits such as currant, blueberries and black forest fruits appear.
Mouth:
In the mouth it is rough and fleshy with a consistent but delicate structure. Soft and friendly finish. It has fine wood, fruity, floral and mineral flavors. Long aftertaste. Recommended temperature: 4-8ºC.
Winemaking
To make Brandy Esdor traditional methods are used, it is distilled in copper wires and only recently discovered pomace is used in its production. This brandy is aged for 36 months in French oak barrels and manages to achieve the perfect balance between wood and fruit. It is part of the range of excellent spirits from Destilerías del Duero, property of the Matarromera Group. The firm designs a brandy made following traditional methods and aged for 32 months in French oak barrels.
