Winemaking
In the production of Philip II brandy holandas de columnas and high-grade spirits are used. The aging is traditional, through the system of soleras and criaderas in American oak butts with wine.
Tasting notes
View: Amber color with reddish tints, very bright and luminous.
Nose: Very aromatic with the smell of a good distillate, with light hints of fruits and figs.
Mouth: Smooth flavor on the palate, very velvety.
