Description
PREPARATION
Bulldog Gin is made from neutral grain alcohol that is fused with the all-natural flavors and aromas of 12 botanical ingredients in a copper still. This allows the botanicals to macerate in the alcohol before distillation, releasing their essential oils and creating vapor. The resulting vapor passes through a condenser and is reliquefied to produce an essence, which is further combined with a neutral wheat-based cereal alcohol. The liquid is decomposed with demineralized water until it reaches the strength necessary for bottling. The botanicals used for its preparation are: Lemon and almond from Spain; lavender from France; angelica from Germany; white turkey poppy; dragon's eye, lotus leaves and licorice from China; Moroccan coriander; juniper and lily from Italy and cassia from Indochina. It was conceived in 2007 with a new attitude and approach to the traditionally conservative world of super premium gin.
