PREPARATION
Grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc
After rigorous racking, it comes from low-temperature vinification after a short maceration in an inert press to avoid the risk of oxidation. Alcoholic fermentations are maintained as long as possible to fully develop the fruit character of this rosé.
TASTING
