PREPARATION
Grapes: Glera.
Martini Prosecco Vintage is made in Veneto-Friuli with 100% Glera grapes from specially selected producers, this sparkling wine is the creation of Martini Wine Master Livio Prandi. The grapes are harvested manually, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation is carried out through temperature control.
TASTING
View: Bright and intense yellow color.
Nose: Floral and green fruit aromas, complemented by certain notes of cedar, eucalyptus and pastries.
Mouth: Exquisitely dry and with hints of apple, this is a fresh and crisp sparkling wine with fruity notes that lead to a luxuriously smooth and long-lasting finish.
Recommended temperature: 5-7° C.
