Grapes: Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc
Monbazillac is a sweet white wine produced in the commune of Monbazillac on the left bank of the Dordogne River around the town of Bergerac in southwestern France. The Monbazillac AOC was first established in 1936. Only wine made from grapes grown in Monbazillac, affected by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea) can carry the Monbazillac AOC. Specifically, it is the Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle grapes used in the production of this wine. Aged in barrelTASTING

Nose:
Airy aromas of acacia, honey and white fruits enhanced with sweet spices and vanilla.
Mouth: Broad, all in a soft roundness, the palate is revitalized in the finish with an acid touch.
