This estate has opted for organic farming and produces a magnificent wine made with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, aged in barrels.

PREPARATION
Grapes: 70% Cabernet franc, 30% Merlot
Chateau Segue Longue Monnier is made manually. Green and leafless harvesting, choice of crops and rootstocks. Traditional winemaking, controlled day and night. In stainless steel tanks and barrels renewed a third each year.
TASTING
View: Dark red color with medium intensity.
Nose:
Notes of very ripe fruit, concentrated without being cooked.
Mouth:
Smooth entry that evolves into a refined mouthfeel. It is tense in the mouth and evolves smoothly. Rather fleshy, with a subtle aromatic nuance and quality tannins without harshness.
