Winemaking
Grapes: 60% Grenache and 20% Cinsault.
To makeCrazy Bulles a complete crushing and destemming is carried out. Gentle pressing of the grapes at low temperature. Cold decantation. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve the aromas.
