Description
PREPARATION
This whiskey from the Highlands region is made between October and March, and curiously, that is why it is ideal to drink it very cold, almost frozen. The use of select casks that previously contained sherry or bourbon brings additional nuances to the flavor profile. This develops the deep golden color and full-bodied aroma characteristic of Dalwhinnie whiskies. Slow maturation in the cool Highland climate allows the whiskey to develop its vibrant personality
