Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Garnacha Blanca.
To make the Dehesa Luna Garnacha Blanca 2020 wine, fermentation is carried out in a stainless steel tank at a maximum temperature of 15ºC, which lasted 10 days. 10% of the must was fermented in new French oak barrels with a capacity of 500 liters. Subsequently, both batches were assembled and aged on lees in a stainless steel tank for 6 months.
TASTING
View:
Bright pale yellow color with steely edges.
Nose:
Magnificent aromatic intensity, floral notes, anise and white fruit (apple).
Mouth:
Unctuous and with a lot of volume. Its aging on lees, the light contribution of the barrel and its acidity are allowing it to evolve in the bottle in an extraordinary and surprising way. A great wine.
