Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
To make the red wine Díaz Bayo 20 Months 2015 a manual harvest is carried out, with 100% destemmed grapes with fermentation at a controlled temperature in wooden, stainless steel and concrete tanks. Malolactic fermentation in new 100% French oak barrels. It is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels. Once bottled, it remains in the bottle for another 10 months.
TASTING
View:
Intense cherry red color with a very high layer with a powerful tear that stains the glass.
Nose:
Black fruits in liquor that give way to balsamic and mineral touches very characteristic of the estates from which the grapes come. Then nuances of coffee, cocoa and licorice appear.
Mouth:
Powerful, tasty and meaty. Wide and pleasant passage. Domination of the notes of ripe black fruits over the notes of aging. Recommended temperature: 16°C.
