PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
“4U” is a single-varietal Tempranillo grape, the queen variety of Ribera del Duero. The grapes are carefully selected and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. This meticulous process guarantees the preservation of the fresh and lively aromas characteristic of the grape. After fermentation, the wine rests for a minimum of three months in the bottle, refining its profile and giving it a distinctive freshness.
