Bodegas Vallobera was created in 1990 by Javier San Pedro Rández together with Ana Ortega and is located 400 meters from the center of Laguardia, in Álava. Their main objective was to create high quality wines. A perfect destination for wine tourism lovers. It is a pleasure to visit these wineries to witness the process of creating their D.O.Ca wines. Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: White Tempranillo, Malvasía, Sauvignon blanc.
Separate fermentation of each variety. White Tempranillo and Malvasía are carried to the end to achieve volume in the mouth. Fermentation is cut off in Sauvignon in search of reducing sugars and the freshness provided by its acidity.
TASTING

Straw yellow color.
Nose:
Aromas of stone fruit, lychee and tropical touches
Mouth:
Long drink, good acidity and balance.
Recommended temperature: 7º-10º C.
