Naturally sweet wine made by Juan José Martínez de Bodegas Terra d’Art, it comes from Merseguera strains that are more than 80 years old and are grown in the traditional way at more than 1,000 meters above sea level, in the Ahillas Valley. Very limited production, it has a very careful and meticulous preparation over more than two years, which results in a true delight.
Try it with spicy food: Indian, Thai, Indonesian, with cheeses, pâtés, jellies and with dark chocolate.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Merseguera
The production is made from the native variety of Valencia, from whole bunches that are exposed to the sun and laid out in the open air for a few months, which transforms the grapes into raisins, without allowing them to dehydrate. They are pressed and fermented for a long time (approximately 2 years).
TASTING
View: Straw yellow to pale gold color.
Nose: Aroma of roasted apple, dried apricots and withered flowers, then moving on to very subtle herbaceous aromas.
Mouth: Perfectly balanced, unctuous, broad and where we have sensations very consistent with the aromas. A great, very pleasant and delicate ending.
Recommended temperature: 7º C.
