Fundador Supremo 18 Years, like the rest of Bodegas Fundador's high-end brandies, is a brandy aged in Sherry casks (Sherry Casks) that have previously stored Oloroso for 18 years. With this combination, each sip of Fundador Supremo 18-year-old brandy is an experience for all the senses. PREPARATION
Obtained from wines selected for distillation (without sugar addition and wine distillate without sulfites). Aged in Sherry Casks that have contained Oloroso for 18 years, Sherry Casks are unique casks that provide excellent aging to the Brandy, time capsules that transmit the essences of the Sherry wines that they have contained, giving the Brandy a characteristic softness, roundness and sweetness. Brandy, over time, acquires the best of each wine due to the porosity of the wood and its aging in Criaderas and Solera, achieving products of the highest quality. TASTING
View: Intense amber with golden edges, luminous and brilliant. Its woody notes stand out, providing a very elegant and persistent finish.
Nose:
Warm, round, with notes of dried fruits and toasted nuances. It is complex and structured.
Mouth:
Smooth and powerful, with notes of vanilla and dried fruits. Harmonious, vinous and rounded, it has very complex nuances due to the evolution of Oloroso wine-infused wood.
