Description
PREPARATION
Grape: Moscatell. To make Galeam Dry Muscat, a careful selection of the best organically grown Muscat grapes is made, they are carefully picked and vinified. Cold maceration in a pneumatic press for 6-8 hours followed by fermentation with selected yeasts at 14ºC.
TASTING
View:
Bright yellow with greenish reflections.
Nose:
Very intense and complex with a wide range of aromas of exotic fruits (lychees, passion fruit), floral tones with a mineral touch.
Mouth:
Rich and aromatic, smooth and fresh with a long finish. Ideal service temperature between 6 and 8ºC.
