PREPARATION
A smooth and aromatic gin, made from Muscat of Alexandria, reminiscent of the aroma of orange blossom. Thyme, chamomile, pennyroyal and cat's tail evoke the Mediterranean and Marcona almond gives it warmth. A relaxed and rested gin. A Valencian gin.TASTING

Nose:
Complex and balanced, well combined, floral with orange blossom, citrus with lemon and orange peel, scrubland, thyme, savory and lemon verbena, balsamic with mint and juniper, and with just the right and pleasant touch provided by the muscat. With a long and enveloping almond finish.Mouth:
Silky, dense, rich and tasty, muscat and scrubland background, light but present citrus notes, the herbs feel well infused. The finish is clearly for the almond, which gives it creaminess, power and lengthens the whole, reviving the impressions of the nose.
