Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Xarel·lo, Chardonnay, Macabeo and Parellada.
Each variety used to make Gramona Imperial cava is vinified separately. The harvest is carried out manually, the clusters are placed in 25 kg boxes, using a selection table, the grapes enter by gravity and the entire cluster is pressed. The touch of expedition liqueur that comes from the centuries-old solera provides the unmistakable signature of the house, a symbol of elegance that has made this sparkling wine become a classic.
TASTING
View: Pale yellow color with straw reflections.
Nose: Intense, highlighting the ripe white fruit, the apple, the vine peach. Citrus notes of lemon peel. Aniseed, fennel tones. Memories of wheat. Butter, brioche. Oxygenation enhances ripe aromas: apple pie, marzipan, toasted yolk.
Mouth: Broad in its passage, lively and refreshing, with fine and creamy bubbles. Compote notes of ripe fruit and bakery.
