PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tinta de Toro
Granza Roble Toro organic comes from Tinta de Toro grapes from organic farming, selected manually and then fermented using yeasts from this region, then spending 6 months in barrels.
TASTING
View:
You can see an intense purple color with a cardinal edge.
Nose:
Aromas of black fruit, cherry and blackberry, mentholated florals of lavender and thyme, with elegant spices, black pepper, cloves and licorice from its aging in the barrel.
Mouth:
A frank, elegant and complex wine is appreciated. Its powerful skeleton of sweet tannins provides liveliness and elegance, persisting the same existing aromas on the nose. Recommended temperature: 16-18ºC.
