PREPARATION
Johnnie Walker 10 Years Select Casks is made with an exquisite selection of whiskeys matured for at least 10 years in first-fill American oak barrels and with Cardhu single malt at the heart of the mixture that is subsequently finished refining in barrels that contained rye whiskey. In this way, a complexity of flavors is achieved that combines the flavor of bourbon and rye with the smoothness of Scotch whiskey. It uses the same cold filtering process with which the brand's traditional texture and flavors are maintained.
TASTING
View: Golden amber color.
Nose: Aroma of winter spices, brown sugar, fruity, green apple and orange.
Mouth: Notes of creamy vanilla with a spicy finish.
