PREPARATION
Grapes: 70% Cabernet Franc, 30% Hamburg Moscato
On the one hand, Muscat de Hambourg, a typical Mediterranean grape variety, used as a black table grape. This dark blue grape gives a long bunch of juicy flesh with a sweet, finely musky flavor. It is this musky aromatic sensation that draws attention. This grape has great properties for its source of antioxidants and polyphenols. And on the other hand, the famous Bordeaux grape variety, Cabernet Franc, which covers the slight bitterness of the Muscat de Hamburg and provides roundness and elegance to this cuvée.
