PREPARATION

Larios Dry is a Spanish London Dry gin, which is distilled twice with Mediterranean botanicals and water is only added after the second distillation. It has the aromas typical of gin: wild juniper berries that join the most refreshing citrus fruits: lemon and orange from the Mediterranean.

The essential ingredient is wild juniper, which is the reason for gin, giving it its original flavor with balsamic and refreshing notes. The Mediterranean lemon gives this gin its bitter, sweet and, especially, acidic notes. A twist of lemon helps enhance other citrus fruits, control the sweets and enhance the bitters. The Mediterranean orange gives it that appreciable and essential acid point with a powerful fragrance between lemon and orange blossom.
