Legaris Gumiel de Mercado, shows a different profile of the Ribera del Duero. From two vineyards located in the town of Gumiel de Mercado (on the northern bank of the Duero River), this unique wine is made with a Tinto Fino profile that conveys the extreme character of the high altitude. Decant 60 minutes before consumption and serve at 16ºC. This wine will evolve well in the bottle over the next 15-20 years if it is kept in proper conservation conditions.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tinto Fino. Made with Tinto Fino grapes from two vineyards located in this town, on the northern bank of the Duero, at 910 meters above sea level, in extremely poor soils. The characteristics of this terroir give rise to a dense, broad and concentrated wine, with an exuberant fruit expression and good aging potential.
TASTING
View: Intense ripe cherry color with a dark violet rim. Dense and very high layer.
Nose:
The notes of ripe black fruit stand out on a background of toasted notes.
Mouth: Large and exuberant, with great aging capacity, showing enveloping tannin and great concentration, characteristic of the poor soils on which the vineyard is located.
The recommended consumption temperature is 16 ºC.
