PREPARATION
Licor 43 Horchata is made from mixing Licor 43 with the best traditional horchata from Valencia.
Horchata is a refreshing drink made from tigernuts mixed with sugar and sometimes with a touch of cinnamon and lemon, which the Arabs introduced to Valencia, where the land and sun were perfect for growing the highest quality tigernuts.
The botanical ingredients and Mediterranean citrus fruits that give their essence to Licor 43 and horchata are macerated in a mixture of water and alcohol, and then mixed in the exact proportions to ensure that they merge perfectly. Finally, the mixture is subjected to a homogenization process to achieve a greater fusion of the ingredients, in order to cause a light and silky sensation on the palate.
TASTING
View:
Cream color with a subtle vanilla tone.
Nose:
Aromas of spices and citrus, tigernut horchata, toasted nuts and a subtle floral touch reminiscent of summer sunsets on the Mediterranean coast.
Mouth:
Creamy, light, refreshing, complex and slightly sweet. A mixture of horchata, hints of spices and citrus.
