Description
PREPARATION
Grappa Sammarco is made from the best Italian wine pomace through careful continuous distillation in copper stills by Italian masters. Grappa is a pomace brandy with an alcohol content that varies between 38 and 60 degrees. It is produced exclusively in Italy and was traditionally made to avoid waste of bagasse after the end of the wine season.
