PREPARATION

The explosive fusion of premium Canadian whiskey, cinnamon and spicy chili makes Thunder Bitch a unique experience. It is made with a base of Thunder Bay Canadian Whiskey, one of the purest Canadian whiskeys. It is aged in selected oak barrels, where the blend is carried out directly (a technique called Barrel Blended).
In the Ontario region of Canada is the city of Thunder Bay, where one of the best whiskeys in the world is made. Legend has it that during Prohibition, this whiskey was the favorite of the Chicago mafias, but they could not find a way to get it across the border because dogs specially trained by the police detected it from miles away. To mask their smell, they began hiding the whiskey between cinnamon and chili. One day, someone had the happy idea of macerating it with those ingredients, thus creating Thunder Bitch, whose name refers, on the one hand, to the Canadian city and, on the other, to those “nice” bitches.

On the palate it is smooth and pleasant with a spicy touch and a more attractive flavor than traditional whiskey.
