PREPARATION
Grapes: Palomino
Chamomile is obtained from the total fermentation of grape must of the Palomino variety. The base wine is topped only up to 15% vol. of alcohol, to promote the development of the Flor veil. This organic aging lasts for a minimum period of 3 years and is carried out in American oak barrels.
TASTING
View: Straw yellow to pale gold color.
Nose: Pungent and delicate aroma with floral notes.
Mouth: On the palate it is dry, fresh and delicate.
Recommended temperature: 7º C.
