Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 70% Tempranillo, 30% Graciano
Grapes selected before entering fermentation tanks, destemmed and with a high proportion of whole berries due to manual harvesting that guarantees the perfect condition of the clusters. Controlled maceration and fermentation at temperatures between 24-28ºC. Aging in French oak barrels for a period of 12 months and subsequent refinement in the bottle for a minimum period of 6 months.

High intensity dark ruby color.
Nose:
It is intense and complex on the nose. Ripe fruit and spicy notes stand out on an elegant toasted background.
Mouth:
Fresh, tasty with a strong finish in the mouth. Memories of fruity and spicy notes characteristic of Graciano.
Recommended temperature: 16ºC.
