Description
PREPARATION
Mascaró Ego is made from Dutch from Macabeu and Xarel·lo. After distillation in copper stills, it spends 10 years aging in French oak barrels. Time is an ally in the production of brandy. A part of the wine holland evaporates during the aging process and that makes the distillate increasingly concentrated, deeper and longer in the mouth.
TASTING
View: Aged gold color with mahogany reflections.
Nose: Fine and elegant aroma with floral and candied fruit notes.
Mouth: Rotund, with creamy notes of dried fruits and a spicy background. Broad and harmonious finish, with excellent balance and great persistence.
Recommended temperature: 16-18º C.
