Description
PREPARATION
The Mascaró Vintage Parellada 2006 brandy is made with 100% Dutch Parellada grapes from Antonio Mascaró's farms, located in Penedès. It is double distilled in copper stills and aged for more than 12 years in French oak casks.
TASTING
View: It has an amber color with golden nuances.
Nose: Delicate aroma of vanilla, coffee and hazelnut on a background of fine distillation
Mouth: Elegant and delicate, spicy with light wood nuances. Long and elegant presence in the mouth.
Recommended temperature: 16-18º C.
