PREPARATION

Matusalem Gran Reserva 23 Years is made with solera, an aging system that is used to make sherry wines, brandies and other exclusive distillates. To do this, several types of rums are mixed, from very old to younger rums, thus maintaining the optimal flavor and quality level. The result of this mixture is an average of 23 years, thus achieving an exquisite rum rich in nuances.
