PRODUCTION
Gin Méridor is made from a recipe devised by Franck Choisne. Combier's historic stills are perfect for this style of spirits and help make the recipe unique. The result is a remarkable gin due to Combier's high standards of quality and attention to detail.
It is a typical London Dry, with all ingredients distilled together; its core note is juniper with slight floral and spicy nuances specific to Meridor. The recipe contains juniper berries, coriander, lemon zest, orris root, cubeb, licorice, and two locally sourced ingredients from the Loire Valley: roses and elderflower.
TASTING
Appearance: Crystal clear.
Nose: Subtle floral and spicy aroma.
Palate: It captivates with the sweetness of rose petals and elderflower and revives the finish with its spicy notes.
