PREPARATION
Monsieur Fernand Whiskey Bio is a blended malt whiskey made with 100% organic French malted barley. It is aged for at least four years in old cognac barrels, and matured for a few months in old white and pink Pineau des Charentes barrels.
TASTING
View: At sight it has a golden color. Nose: On the nose it contains aromas of honey, pear and vanilla. Mouth: In the mouth it is fine with a taste of prunes, soft spices and dried fruits.
