Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Tempranillo, Grenache, and Graciano.
To make the wine Muga Reserva Especial 2019 a manual harvest is carried out with fermentation with indigenous yeast in wooden vats. Aging for 26 months in French oak barrels manufactured and selected in the winery's own cooperage. Prior to bottling, clarification is carried out with fresh egg white. Once in the bottle, a refining process is carried out for a minimum period of 18 months in the winery.
TASTING

High layer and cherry red color.
Nose:
Notes of ripe fruit appear with blackberry and blackberry complemented by spicy aromas of vanilla and clove.
Mouth:
With a marked and well-integrated acidity, very polished tannin and medium body. Very silky and elegant with notes of ripe fruit and wood. Very long and balanced.
