PREPARATION
Its producers define Nordés as an Atlantic Galician Gin, that is, an Atlantic Galician gin. Made through a slow and very careful process with the best neutral alcohols, which together with the use of the Galician white grape Albariño, are the indispensable base of this gin and give it its unmistakable fresh and smooth character. The distillate is nuanced with 11 natural botanicals. Among these, the presence of 6 Galician wild botanicals stands out: sage, lemon verbena, laurel, mint, piperita, eucalyptus, and a seaweed, salicornia. It also incorporates juniper, cardamom, ginger, hibiscus and Ceylon black tea.

Nose: High aromatic intensity with delicate aromas of white fruit, in harmony with balsamic notes of mint, eucalyptus and bay leaf, accompanied by a subtle touch of juniper.
Mouth: Soft and elegant, expressions of Albariño, extraordinarily fresh, a balance of subtle flavors.
