Requena has an enormous winemaking tradition. Generations of winegrowers have been working these lands on which today a spectacular landscape of vineyards is drawn. It will be this, the native Bobal or the wonderful wines that are being made in the area, which is causing more and more people to return to recover those vineyards that their ancestors worked with so much love. And that is what has happened with Bodegas Novos, a project formed by a family that becomes the fourth generation of winegrowers with a great appreciation for quality, with the desire to work, enthusiasm and with the desire to continue and exalt the legacy left by their grandparents and great-grandfather.

PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Bobal
Tinto de Luna is a wine that spends many more months in the barrel, so, although the grapes continue to be perfectly appreciated, there is more presence of the toasted notes, the flavor of the wood and the small oxidation that occurs in this longer period.
TASTING
View:
Garnet red with ruby tones and full of aromas of macerated red fruits: cherry, blueberries and currant.
Nose:
It has a toasted, spicy and balsamic background, with hints of Mediterranean herbs.
Mouth:
It is unctuous, broad, round, balanced and above all fresh, very long and rich in nuances. Perfect integration of French oak wood with a long and aromatic finish. A splendid wine that highlights the benefits of the well-crafted Bobal grape.
Recommended temperature: 16-18ºC.
