Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
Protos 9 months 2022 is 100% from vineyards framed in organic farming certification. The layout of the vineyard is on a hillside, with a North-South orientation. Clay loam soil, with a certain alkaline character. With fermentation and maceration in small stainless steel tanks at a temperature around 26º C, it then rests for 9 months in new and one-year-old French oak barrels.
TASTING
View:
It has a cherry red color with violet hues.
Nose:
Fresh, the red and black fruit stands out, accompanied by spicy notes and light toasted and cocoa tones, coming from the fine woods.
Mouth:
Round, fresh, silky, balanced and with very pleasant soft tannins
Service temperature: Between 16º and 18ºC.
