PREPARATION
Sikkim Fraise is a gin that is made by mixing red tea, with the best cereal, the freshest juniper and floral essences. From this mixture, unique aromas and different flavors are obtained to enjoy in the mouth. Sikkim is known for offering gins unique in the world that are made from red tea from an area of Tibet, specifically Sikkim, which gives the gin its name. Old copper stills built in 1875 are used and a distillation is carried out, in which they have managed to find the perfect balance in the proportions of alcohols and essences.TASTING
