Description

 PRODUCTION

Sikkim has gins that are unique in the world. Made with a red tea base from the Tibet area, specifically from Sikkim, in India, where one of the best teas in the world is grown. It is the least populated state in India. It borders Nepal and Tibet and was the gateway to the tea routes coming from China. It is there that the only garden exists where the red tea used for making Sikkim gins grows.

Sikkim Privée is made by meticulously blending red tea and juniper spirit with floral essences, resulting in a new experience for the senses, with unique aromas and completely different flavors to enjoy on the palate. All of this thanks to old copper stills (built in 1875) and the master’s perfect distillation, who has found the Premium balance in the proportions of alcohols and essences. The botanicals used are: Juniper (Juniperus communis), red tea (Camellia sinensis), floral aromas, coriander (Coriandrum sativum) and a herbaceous touch.

 TASTING
