PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo
The production of Teófilo Reyes Limited Edition is through manual harvesting. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Maceration with the skins, slow pressing without stirring. Remains for 15 months in French oak Bordeaux barrels
TASTING
View:
Cherry red color with violet hues, high layer. Clean and bright.
Nose:
Intense, with notes of ripe black fruits, spices, roasted and licorice
Mouth:
Fleshy, structured, with sweet tannins, mineral notes, long and elegant.
Recommended temperature: 16ºC.
