Terra de Pau Negre is a seductive, friendly red wine, with aromas of red fruits and balsamic notes typical of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo varieties. It is a red wine with soft tannins that will be ideal for a wide range of dishes, due to its pleasant aroma and balance. It is a versatile red wine, a perfect ally for a wide variety of dishes: stewed or grilled vegetables and meats, pasta, fish with firm and fatty meat such as cod and tuna accompanied with sauces, rice seasoned with meat, sautéed or stewed mushrooms, sausages and semi-cured cheeses.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. In Terra De Pau red wine, traditional winemaking is carried out: pre-fermentation maceration, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation. A short maceration of a few hours is done along with the skins in a stainless steel tank and the yeasts are quickly added to carry out the fermentation. After this, it is transferred to another tank to carry out malolactic fermentation. Once finished, the wine will rest for a few months in tank to round out and soften the tannins.
TASTING
View:
Intense cherry red color. Very bright and sharp.
Nose:
It presents a wide range of red fruits, plum, balsamic and spicy notes and hints of cedar.
Mouth:
Pleasant, enveloping entry, with pleasant memories of candied fruit. Balanced, with soft tannins and good persistence. Its consumption temperature is between 16 and 18ºC.
