PREPARATION
The King Of Soho Variorum Gin, is an edition of the original London Dry gin macerated with strawberries and distilled in the heart of London using traditional methods, a complex spirit made with 12 botanicals with a unique flavor. The King of Soho is intended for small batches (Small Batch) in a small steel still. The neutral alcohol macerates overnight with the different botanicals so that all its essence is released during distillation. Nose: Fresh strawberry and floral chamomile give way to a wave of soft juniper with a hint of citrus
Mouth: Not very sweet, the fruit bursts at the entrance before a soft vanilla spice emerges that provides a luxurious sensation of creaminess. Strawberries and cream give way to a subtle floral tone at the end, with a pronounced hint of grapefruit and a smooth finish.
