Description
PREPARATION
Distillation in traditional copper stills and subsequent maturation in a combination of barrels that contained bourbon and Butts that stored Oloroso Sherry wine. The whiskey remains a minimum of 36 years in oak.TASTING

Notes of herbal honey and hints of raspberry. Polished wood, ginger and vanilla.Mouth:
Very smooth, with tropical fruit flavors (passion fruit, apricots and pears). Walnut and orange peel. Long finish, with notes of oak, grapefruit, Seville oranges and cloves.
