Tridente Tempranillo is a red wine aged for 15 months made by Bodegas Tridente under the PGI Castilla y León, made with 100% Tempranillo grapes from old vineyards located in Pego, province of Zamora, on a gravel soil under a sandy base. Juan Gil's project in Castilian-Leonese lands has its first image in this vintage. A powerful and complex red wine in which its roasted and cocoa notes and fine tannins stand out. Pairs with rice with game meat, poultry, stews, aged cheeses, grilled red and white meats, mushrooms. Prizes and scores:

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo
Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20/25 days, at a temperature of 25º C. Subsequently, it is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.
TASTING
View:
Cherry red color with a beautiful maroon rim.
Nose:
It offers intense and complex aromas of ripe fruit, cocoa and spices.
Mouth:
Lots of fruit, complexity and power, a wine of great volume and very sweet, notes of cocoa and roasted wine with very rounded tannins due to aging. Persistent and tasty finish. Service temperature: Between 14º and 16ºC
